I was not in the office when Mike called to give an estimate and it wasn't until 2 when I was able to call I was very appreciated that the work was done anyway. The charges are reasonable and usually less than the dealerships. I have never had any issues with the service. Keep up the good work!

John's is the one and only place I trust all of my VW 2006 Beetle maintenance and repair needs. The management and staff are always courteous and professional gentlemen, and they really give you the sense that you are being well taken care of at all times. John's is the first and only repair shop that comes to my mind when recommending them to all of my family, friends and co-workers. They are a model of how a repair shop should be run. My car and I are very lucky to have them :-)

Like I told Neighbors and Friends it always good to support your local businesses. When you find a good Auto Repair business it's best to stick with them because they know your vehicle like no one else. John's Bascom has always treated us fair and get our vehicle repaired the first time, not call backs. That means alot and says something about their Machanics. See you Monday with the Honda. I am so glad i found John's automotive. They are so accommodating and they do excellent work. I have an older minivan and I want to be sure everything is running well. I trust them to let me know if I need something. To have trust that a auto service is not going to overcharge me or have things repaired when I don't need them is very important to me. The dealership I bought the car from was doing this. John's Automotive is honest and does excellent work and is reasonable in price. Highly recommend!

i asked if it was possible to have my car ready before 2pm as i pick up my grandkids from school. i dropped off the car the evening before and it was ready before noon! a smog check and an oil change, i sure appreciate the friendly, courteous service.

Whenever I bring any of our cars to John's, I always feel that I am getting an honest quote and good service. Sometimes, the final bill is even less than the original estimate, which I never experienced at any other auto shop.

When my car suddenly stopped and wouldn't restart on a Sunday afternoon in the mountains, getting a tow truck was the most difficult task of my recent experience. The most pleasant part was that John's Bascom Auto called me first thing Monday morning, diagnosed and repaired my car in record time and I was back in business that Monday afternoon. The folks at John's Bascom Automotive are honest, friendly and fair. Some mechanics just fix the obvious problem and ignore other potential issues that often become major issues in the future. The folks at JBA often point-out minor repairs that can be performed inexpensively in conjunction with the issue at hand. They even send me on my way free of charge when a perceived problem is really nothing to worry about.
